At Feedwell, our Pitt Street café & wellness bar runs differently — all our food is made fresh daily in our production kitchen and delivered ready-to-serve. No cooking. No deep fryer. Just clean, high-quality grab-and-go food, great coffee, and a unique Wellness Bar experience.

Now we’re hiring a hands-on leader to run the show.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead a team of 6–8 during peak service

Keep the store tidy, well-stocked, and sharp-looking

Rally the team — assign roles, hold standards, lead from the front

Maintain hygiene, customer service, and store presentation standards

Manage rosters, ordering, and open/close procedures

Work closely with senior ops for support and development

Who This Is For
