Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Relationship Coordinator (Pre-Site) to join the team and support the delivery of high-quality documentation and service across the contract-to-site workflow.
🔨 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Preparing and raising Queensland HIA Contracts
- Completing colour selection paperwork for investor clients
- Liaising with internal teams, Agents, and Private Certifiers
- Obtaining key documents such as Soil Reports, Contour Surveys, Pre-Site Reports, and Planning Assessments
- Issuing files to Drafting for Contract and Working Drawings
- Coordinating the acquisition of Energy Efficiency Ratings and Engineering Designs (Foundation & Structural)
🧱 What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar pre-construction or construction administration role is mandatory
- Strong understanding of QLD residential building regulations and processes
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work both independently and within a team
