About Us
Central Victoria Dermatology and Specialist Centre is a new dermatology practice opening in October 2025. We are located in the heart of Bendigo’s CBD, conveniently located at 49 Creek Street South. The Centre will be home to multiple experienced Dermatologists and will provide medical and aesthetic treatments for patients with a wide range of skin conditions, delivered by a team of expert practitioners and administrators.
The Role
We are seeking applications for the role of Practice Administrator, who will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of customer service to our patients and independent practitioners. You will be working alongside another Practice Administrator, our Practice Nurse, and our Dermal Clinician, under the leadership of our Practice Manager and the Director, Dr Ane Niwa.
We are seeking candidates for two permanent part-time roles (each 0.8FTE/30 hours a week).

Key areas of responsibility:
· Patient Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service to patients, referrers, and others according to the practice’s defined standards of service and operation, effectively utilising Gentu and other softwares as required.
· Operate Phototherapy Equipment : Assist patients receiving phototherapy treatment by operating the practice’s state-of-the-art phototherapy booth (no experience required – full training will be provided).
· Billings Administration: ensure the efficient receipt of payments from patients, third-party payers and others as required, minimising the practice’s debtors.
· Schedule & Appointment Administration: maintain the practice’s appointment schedule in accordance with each provider’s preferences and availability, ensuring all available appointments are utilised.
· Demonstrating care and empathy towards patients and all members of the practice, in all activities and interactions. Act in accordance with the practice’s shared values and mission at all times.
About You
Our ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with a passion for providing excellent and effective customer service, with demonstrated success working in a healthcare setting. You will have highly developed communication skills, and will be experienced and confident in using Gentu, Outlook, and the Office 365 suite.

Qualifications and Experience
· Proven experience working in reception and/or administration within a healthcare setting (experience working in a private specialist practice is highly desired).
