Medical Receptionist (Client Service Officer) – Physiotherapy Practice
Permanent part-time | ~20 hrs/week | Afternoons & evenings | Sunbury

Typical Duties
Welcome patients warmly and professionally, ensuring every interaction reflects our values.
Manage bookings, calls, payments, and multiple online systems to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Support our physiotherapists and visiting health professionals with efficient, accurate administration.
Problem-solve and prioritise on the go in a busy, fast-paced front desk environment.
Contribute to team culture—celebrate wins, support colleagues, and add to the friendly, positive atmosphere our patients and team members love.
Desirable Extras
Sales or retail experience (confidently discussing product options).
Social media content creation and advertising.
Website maintenance.
AI and digital technology skills.
You
Thrive when it’s busy; are a calm communicator with sharp attention to detail.
Confident with IT and digital technology as well as learning new systems.
Warm, professional manner and genuine care for people.
Reception/admin experience ideal (health or allied health an advantage).
Hours and Pay
~20 hrs/week across ~4 days.
At least 3 late finishes per week (to ~8:15 pm).
One Saturday/month (8:15 am–2:15 pm) – optional.
$30/hr weekdays, $42/hr Saturdays + 12% super.
Financial contributions towards professional development and regular in-house training.
Leave entitlements.
