$105,477 - $146,220 pa or pa pro rata base salary (depending on qualifications and experience) + Superannuation, leave loading and $10,000 vehicle allowance
Full time or Part time (minimum 48hrs fortnight)
3 - 5 year contract

About the role:
The City is seeking a dynamic Organisational Development & Learning Advisor to lead the development and implementation of strategic level initiatives that enhance organisational and leadership capability, culture and employee engagement — all of which will contribute to building a future-ready workforce.
In this hybrid role, you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, leading the design and implementation of impactful programs across the organisation. Collaborating closely with the People & Culture leadership team, as well as executive and organisational leaders.
If you have a track record of designing and delivering impactful programs that build capacity and capability, love to leverage data and insights from digital tools to inform decisions and are comfortable in the change management space, we would welcome your application.
