We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Graduate Software Developer to join our internal Information Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent or soon-to-be graduate who has a passion for software development, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to new challenges. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced developers, gaining exposure to a variety of technologies and projects, while contributing to innovative solutions that drive our business forward.
The ideal candidate will be eager to expand their skill set, open to new ideas, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. You will be someone who thrives in a learning environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and is motivated to grow into the role.
Your duties will include
Designing and developing full-stack software projects as part of a collaborative team.
Assisting in automation initiatives using Power Automate and similar tools.
Evaluating and exploring emerging technologies for potential business use.
Supporting the continuous improvement of our software systems and processes.
Working closely with team members to deliver innovative solutions on time and to a high standard.
Essential Selection Criteria:
Recent or imminent graduate in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in software development with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Beginner knowledge of some of the following: Python, SQL, React, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js, Power Automate and/or Power BI.
High level of English language literacy, both written and verbal.
Desired Selection Criteria:
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Essential Requirements:

Copy of your academic transcript and qualifications.
Current National Police Clearance or willing to obtain at own cost (essential).
Ability to complete a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical, including a drug and alcohol screening with the company’s provider.
