About the Role

  • Identify and engage new clients in commercial and residential construction through cold calling, site visits, research, and networking.
  • Ask open-ended questions to uncover client needs, pain points, project timelines, product preferences, and installation constraints.
  • Develop lasting relationships with builders and trade clients, offering tailored sheetmetal and roofing solutions to meet their needs
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion from first contact to order.
  • Collaborate with estimating and ops teams to prepare accurate proposals that align with client goals and maintain profitability.
  • Stay across industry trends and competitors to uncover sales opportunities and confidently communicate our value-added offerings.
