Electrical cabinets, balustrading & handrails

Architectural facades and perforated screens

Custom gates, fencing & construction metalwork

The Role:

Leading the operations of the sheet metal division

Overseeing a workshop team of 8–10

Providing technical input to drafting and estimating

Coordinating with customers and suppliers

Ensuring strong safety and quality outcomes

Maintaining productivity across machinery and workflow

About You:

We’re looking for a capable and confident tradesman who has had some leading hand/supervisory experience and is looking for career growth off the tools. You'll bring:

Sheet metal trade qualifications

5-10 years minimum of fabrication experience (including team leadership)

Strong communication skills, written and verbal,

Computer literate, some drafting experience would be ideal but not essential
