About the role

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator / Aluminum Fabricator to join our dynamic team at Make It Group in Bayswater, Western Australia. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and manufacturing of high-quality metal products, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Interpret anything from fabrication drawings to basic sketches to fabricate and assemble a variety of sheet metal and aluminium products

Operate cutting, bending, rolling and welding equipment to shape and join metal components

Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements

Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Strong capability and experience in aluminum welding (TIG or Laser)

Demonstrated experience as a Sheet Metal Fabricator or Aluminum Fabricator, preferably within the Trades & Services industry

Strong technical skills in operating sheet metal fabrication equipment, including cutting, bending, rolling and the like.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure high-quality workmanship
