Job Title: Speech Pathologist / Senior Speech Pathologist - Telehealth (9-Day Fortnight)
Location: Primarily Work From Home - Victorian based candidates preferred!
Working Hours: 9 Day Fortnight - Mon to Fri ; 9:00am – 6:00pm - Every second Friday off!

Here’s what a day in the life at A Speechie looks like (with support every step of a way):
Conducting initial Telehealth consultations with parents or caregivers.
Collaborating with families to establish holistic goals centred around the client and their family.
Developing therapy plans with a strength-based, neurodiversity affirming approach tailored to online delivery.
Coordinating with other healthcare professionals involved in the client’s care.
Administering standardised Speech Pathology and developmental assessments via Telehealth.
Creating resources for both therapy sessions and home-based programs.

$85,000 - $105,000 + Super as per relevant experience and aptitude.
9-Day Fortnight: Work 9AM – 6PM with every second Friday off to prioritise work-life balance.

About you:
Good vibes!
A love for working with children and teenagers.
Bachelor/Master of Speech Pathology.
3+ years of experience practicing as a Speech Pathologist.
Experience working with Telehealth clients.
Experience delivering therapy through a neurodiversity affirming approach.
Tech savvy and confident problem solver.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferably located in Victoria so you can actively be a part of our close-knit team and attend team events!
