Calibre Spraying is a leading manufacturer of advanced agricultural machinery, and we're looking for a reliable and experienced Trade Assistant to join our team in Bibra Lake.

About the Role:
This is a hands-on role assisting our fabrication team in the workshop. You’ll be supporting the day-to-day build and assembly of custom equipment, helping us deliver high-quality products to farmers across the country.

Requirements – You must have experience in:

Cutting and grinding steel using drop saws, grinders, cold saws, and plasma cutters

Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

Reading and interpreting basic workshop drawings

Assisting with metal fabrication and general workshop duties

Measuring and marking out materials

Keeping workspaces clean and organised

Moving and handling steel components safely (forklift licence preferred)

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a metal fabrication workshop (minimum 1–2 years)

Good attitude and willingness to learn

Able to follow instructions and work in a team

Physically fit and reliable

Safety-conscious and proactive
