We are currently seeking a dynamic Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our dedicated team and uphold our reputation for exceptional quality and impeccable service.

The Role

As the Executive Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction across the property. Your focus will be overseeing daily housekeeping operations, while ensuring that every area of the hotel meets the luxurious expectations set by both The Eve Hotel and our prestigious business partner, Global Hospitality Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and manage a talented housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Establish and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to meet 5-star standards.

Oversee room inspections, public areas, and staff areas to maintain cleanliness and order.

Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure all facilities are in top condition.

Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for housekeeping supplies and linens.

Work closely with other departments, especially Front Office, to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Address guest feedback and ensure resolution in a professional and efficient manner.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others.

Thorough understanding of housekeeping operations, cleaning products, and equipment.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a calm and composed approach.
