Key duties of this position:

Accurately process new and used vehicle registrations, transfers, renewals

Issue number plates and organise CTP insurance

Ensure compliance and completeness of all registration documentation

Operating within the DOL portal

Liaise with Service NSW as and when required for over the counter transactions

Work closely with Sales and Department Managers to support seamless operations

The successful candidate will need the following:

Prior experience in a Registration Clerk role

Be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic workplace

Be efficient and organised in your work

Demonstrate strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

Integrate well and work as part of a team

Have intermediate Microsoft office skills with the ability and interest to learn new systems

Hold a current NSW Driver's license

Pass a police check
