About the Role
Join a respected Tier 2 civil construction business delivering subdivisions and civil infrastructure across South-East Queensland. Reporting to the Director, you’ll have full P&L responsibility and play a key role in taking the company from $50m to $100m turnover over the next 5+ years.
This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll lead project delivery teams, build client relationships, and implement structures that drive efficiency and profitability. Working across office and site environments, you’ll shape the company’s growth trajectory while ensuring high-quality outcomes on landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead business operations with full P&L accountability
• Drive growth strategies and look at new opportunities
• Oversee delivery of subdivisions and civil projects
• Build and mentor high-performing project and commercial teams
• Strengthen client, stakeholder, and subcontractor relationships
• Ensure governance, compliance, and safety standards are met

What You’ll Bring
• Proven leadership in civil construction at senior management level
• You must have experience working for a civil construction company to be successful for this role
• Strong financial and commercial acumen (P&L, forecasting, reporting)
• Track record scaling business performance and turnover
• Experience in subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a collaborative environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business development skills
