We are seeking an experienced and capable Projects Manager to join our team to work on an upcoming $80M+ project in Main Beach!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee project from inception through to completion, ensuring program, quality, and financial objectives are met.

Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams, consultants, and stakeholders to drive project success.

Manage project resourcing, reporting, risk, and compliance across a portfolio of developments.

Mentor and support project teams, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.

Work with senior leadership on strategic planning, client engagement, and operational improvement initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

5 + years of experience in Project Management or delivery roles, with recent experience at a senior leadership level.

Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle across tower multi-residential or commercial projects

Coordinating and driving consultant teams to deliver comprehensive and accurate design documentation.

Applying curiosity and critical thinking to challenge design assumptions and propose efficient, innovative solutions.

Recommending and integrating cost-effective construction strategies into the design process.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

A collaborative mindset with a commitment to achieving high-quality project outcomes.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
