Hours: Flexible –TBC ideally 9:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings
Salary: Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure, company car or allowance

We are now seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Manager to join our team and help us build on our strong reputation across the region.

Role Overview
As Showroom Sales Manager, you will be the welcoming face of our Burnie showroom, guiding customers through their decision-making process from first enquiry to final installation. Alongside showroom sales, you will also visit customers’ homes to take accurate measurements, ensuring quotes are precise and tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and engage with walk-in customers, offering professional advice on our uPVC windows and doors.
• Provide showroom tours, explaining product features, benefits, and options.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations using our sales software.
• Visit customers’ homes to measure windows and doors for quotation and installation purposes.
• Follow up with customers by phone and email to answer questions and secure sales.
• Schedule installations and liaise with the fitting team to ensure a smooth process.
• Proactively contact potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain the Burnie showroom to a high standard, ensuring it is always presentable and welcoming.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximise commission opportunities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence with computer systems and sales software (training provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• A proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering results.
• A current driver’s licence (essential, as site visits are required).
• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
