About the Role

First point of contact for clients — greeting pets and their people with warmth

Over-the-counter sales and product enquiries

Preparing accounts, invoices, and discharge paperwork

Supporting the team with end-of-day financial and administrative processes

Using modern veterinary software and digital systems to keep things running smoothly

About You

Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience (medical/veterinary/retail/hospitality backgrounds welcomed)

Confident with computers and technology — quick to learn new systems

Warm, approachable, and able to multitask in a busy environment

Reliable, organised, and a positive contributor to the team
