About the role

As a Project Manager at City Commercial Interiors PTY LTD, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of commercial interior projects. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time position is based in Stafford, Queensland and involves managing all aspects of projects from concept to completion.

What you'll be doing

Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager

Ensure projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred

Experience as a Project Manager in the commercial refurb or building

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in using project management software and tools

Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
