Ascend Recruit are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fitout and refurbishment projects for a respected client delivering high-quality commercial works across Brisbane Metro areas. About the Role

• Manage multiple fitout and refurbishment projects simultaneously, ranging from $100K up to $5–6M in value
• Oversee full project delivery including planning, budgeting, subcontractor management, quality, and safety
• Deliver projects across commercial and related sectors on time and within budget

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in fitout or refurbishment
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong budget and schedule control
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
• Solid technical knowledge of fitout/refurbishment processes
• Proficiency in relevant construction management software
