This varied role is perfect for someone who loves being the first point of contact for customers, thrives on organisation, and enjoys supporting a busy team.

About the Role

Be the first point of contact for phone, email, and online enquiries

Prepare and follow up on quotes to help secure jobs

Schedule and coordinate jobs for our installers

Order and track stock, film, and office supplies

Support builders and business clients with compliance paperwork

Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations in Xero (basic level)

Keep the office and warehouse tidy and well organised

What We’re Looking For

Strong background in customer service and administration

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks

Comfortable working both independently and in a small team

Experience with Xero (or similar software) is an advantage
