What You’ll Do

As Car Care Manager, you’ll take ownership of our aftermarket Car Care department, balancing personal sales performance with team leadership. Your role will include:

Leading, coaching, and motivating a small team to hit sales targets

Driving your own sales of premium aftermarket protection products

Ensuring every customer receives first-class service and aftercare

Managing department profitability and KPI achievement

Building strong relationships across sales and service departments

Maintaining accurate reporting and compliance standards

About You

We’re looking for a driven leader with a passion for sales and people:
✔ Proven success in automotive sales (aftermarket or F&I experience highly regarded)
✔ Leadership or mentoring experience with the ability to motivate others
