Residential Service Manager

Redstone have partnered with an established Aged Care provider to recruit their next Residential Service Manager in this beauiful seaside location.

In this role, you will maintain and oversee the day-to-day operations within a large facility. Reporting to the Regional manager and working closely with a collaborative clinical team to foster a positive environment for all residents, families, and staff.

About the role:

• Upto $160k + super + salary packaging
• Flexibility in working hours from Monday - Friday

• Work closely with an experienced Clinical Management team onsite
• Join a fully accredited facility and an experienced team who are all clinical and strive to make positive collaborative outcome

About you:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a management role within aged care
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with AHPRA registration
• Strong management skills
• Expert knowledge of aged care standards and AN-ACC funding
• Strong leadership skills
• Budget management experience
