Care Manager - Residential Aged Care

Redstone Recruitment have partner with a well established Aged Care organisation to find their next Clinical Care Manager. If you are a passionate and experienced Clinical Manager looking to take the next step in your Aged Care career? This could be the perfect role for you!

Become part of an experienced leadership team at an outstanding facility in the heart of Brisbane. You’ll have the opportunity to lead clinical care in a large facility, supported by several Clinical Coordinators, RNs and care staff.

About You:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with previous experience as a Care Manager, ideally in a large aged care facility
• AN-ACC experience
• Strong understanding and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Experienced in leading a clinical team through the accreditation process
• Strong financial management skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills
