They are seeking a Portfolio Administrator with a property management background to join the team, either on a part-time or full-time basis. With a brand-new workspace underway, plenty of street parking, and easy access to the train station, this role offers a practical and well-supported environment. What will you be doing in this role:
This role would be an ideal move for an experienced property manager who is looking to step away from running a portfolio. You will assist with accounts admin, ensuring properties are being properly managed by agents and that the façade of all assets is always well maintained.
- Read and understand leases, increases, expiry dates etc
- Act as point of contact for managing agents
- Enter invoices and cross check
- Liaison with managing agents and strata
- Follow up quotes and check trade licenses
- External inspections or commercial and residential properties
- Filing and data management
- Assist with set up of property management software
- Back up admin support to the Directors
The right candidate will have:
- Experience within property management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience entering and checking invoices
- Proficient with Excel and data entry
- Stable work history
- Experience reporting maintenance issues
- Valid drivers license
