Our Client:

Holding a convincing market share in the Commercial / Industrial space, our client is a dominant leader with a history spanning more than 20 years in the Western Suburbs

Duties:

Supporting four Commercial / Industrial Sales & Leasing Executives, including the Director, this role will see you assisting with a diverse array of duties:

• Diary and inbox management, prioritising tasks/meetings
• Assist with compiling documents (Leases, Sales Advices etc)
• Get new properties live to property portals and advertised
• Arranging marketing materials including signboards and brochures
• Database/CRM account management
• Liaising with all stakeholders including clients, solicitors, agents and other departments

Specific requirements:

Essentially, we're looking for an eager professional with strong administrative experience keen to progress their career, you will also have:

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Neat and corporate presentation
• Common sense, highly organised with attention to detail
• Live within a 40-minute commute of the office
