We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Oshea’s Royal Hotel in Goondiwindi. We are a family run, country pub and hotel based in the rural town of Goondiwindi in Southern Queensland. We have a large public bar, gaming area, restaurant and large function space.

As Restaurant Manager you will receive:

· A competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus super (dependent on experience)

· Full time with a 38 hour a week contract

· Plus potential for overtime

As Restaurant Manger your duties would include:

· Running all customer facing operations of the restaurant

· Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure quality of meals

· Training all staff

· Enforcing Health and Safety regulations

· Dealing with all conflicts and complaints

Ideal experience in our potential Restaurant Manager:

· At least 3 years in a similar role at a similar style venue

· RSA and RSG

· RMLV (not a necessity but an advantage)

· Knowledge of food handling

· Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends)
