About Us

Lead Institute of Higher Education (LIHE), located at 37–39 George Street, Parramatta, is a newly launched higher education provider offering innovative, industry-informed degrees to both domestic and international students.

As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Officer to take the lead in student recruitment, build strong agent networks, and support the execution of marketing activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on targets, relationship-building, and seeing tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

Drive student enrolments by managing and converting leads

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international education agents

Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns

Represent LIHE at student recruitment events, expos, and agent briefings

Maintain lead data and communication through CRM systems

Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth student journey from enquiry to enrolment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in the higher education sector (essential)

Strong understanding of key international student markets and visa processes (essential)

Proven experience in student recruitment, sales, or business development

Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational skills and experience using CRM systems

Proficiency in CRM, PRISMS and Meshed

A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

A relevant qualification in business, marketing, international education or a related field (desirable)
