About the Role
This role is central to leading the delivery of projects and work streams within a large-scale ERP modernisation program. Working with core ERP platforms and supporting systems, you will oversee planning, coordination, and delivery, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the program achieves its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of ERP work streams and projects
• Build and maintain effective relationships with business partners and service providers
• Provide clear analysis, advice, and options to support decision-making
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including agency executives, through effective communication and negotiation
• Contribute to planning and coordination of program phases and deliverables
• Share expertise through knowledge and skills transfer activities

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience successfully delivering ERP programs or projects
• 5+ years working with ERP systems such as SAP
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with diverse audiences
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and advisory skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a complex program environment

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
