The Program Manager will be responsible for, but not limited, to:

Assist in the scoping, planning and where necessary lead in the implementation of the multi-project deliverables within the AEC’s desired timeframes.

Identify, track and manage key interdependencies between projects within the Program (and externally to the Program);

Manage the allocation of Program resources to execute deliverables as required

Oversee the work output of Project leads and provide supplementary direction and support.

Oversee and coordinate day to day activities in alignment with the Program scope and deliverables.

Monitor and report on Program progress and identify and escalate risks and issues to ensure Program transparency.

Facilitate and ensure adequate stakeholder engagement is maintained across Program deliverables.

Lead scheduling and support the budget management for the Program.

Embody the culture within the Program and hold staff members to the required standards by leading, supporting and mentoring staff in their professional development within the program/project context.

Liaise with and maintain key internal and external relationships, including liaising with stakeholders on policy, Program or operational issues and action items and responding to stakeholder needs and expectations.

Ensure effective communication with the Executive Leadership Team to highlight program and project successes, risk factors and provide solutions as required

Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with the business and colleagues within a large IT focused program environment.

Be responsive to changing business requirements and ensure the program delivers value aligned to business needs, acknowledging technical and legislative dependencies.

Perform additional duties or assume responsibility of functions as directed from time to time, including delivering professional briefs, reports and presentations.
