About the Role

The Agile Delivery Support Officer works closely with Release Train and Solution Train Engineers to support Agile Delivery Teams. You will coordinate ART-level activities, maintain key program artefacts, and track delivery metrics to ensure smooth, aligned, and transparent program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Agile Delivery Teams by providing coordination and administrative assistance
• Assist in planning and facilitating PI planning, ART syncs, system demos, and other ceremonies
• Maintain and configure Azure DevOps, including dashboards, queries, and backlog items
• Track progress, surface risks and blockers, and escalate delivery or scope changes
• Prepare high-quality program documentation, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
• Coordinate cross-team activities and ensure alignment across product, technical, and stakeholder dimensions

Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting or administering projects or programs, preferably in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Agile Delivery and familiarity with SAFe® methodology
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for dashboards, queries, and backlog management
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience preparing briefings and reports
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in an iterative delivery environment
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Existing Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
