Are you a culinary pro with a passion for plating perfection and leading with flair? The Queanbeyan Kangaroo Leagues Club is on the hunt for a talented Chef de Partie (CDP) and bring flavour, creativity, and leadership to our vibrant kitchen team by joining our other 4 full time chefs!

🔥 What You’ll Be Cooking Up

· Run your own kitchen station like a boss—prep, cook, and plate with precision

· Ensure every dish dazzles with quality and presentation

· Collaborate with our Head and Sous Chefs on menus and recipes

· Keep your station spotless, safe, and humming with energy

· Follow food safety and hygiene standards like a pro

· Be a key ingredient in our club’s success!

👨‍🍳 What We’re Looking For

· 3+ years as a CDP or similar role in a commercial kitchen

· A love for food and a knack for creating standout dishes

· Stellar time management and multitasking skills

· Team spirit and cool-headedness in a fast-paced environment

· Sharp eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness

· Great communication and leadership skills

· Relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts (or equivalent experience)
