YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan & prepare a variety of dishes cooked at a busy pub bistro
· Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste to meet company standards
· Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
· Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
REQUIREMENTS
· Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen for at least 1 year
· Have relevant trade qualifications and skills
· Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
· Strong knowledge and competence cooking in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
SALARY RANGE
$67,000 - $76,500 per year, based on experience and qualifications. (Plus, superannuation)
