Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook authentic Lebanese dishes, including mezze, kebabs, skewers,
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
* Assist chef to manage kitchen staff for smooth operation.
* Assist chef to create new Lebanese recipes and menu items;
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards under pressure during busy hours
Requirements:
• Minimum 2years Lebanese Cuisine experience.
* Certificate lV Kitchen Management.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese cooking techniques and flavors.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
