About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly organised Rostering/Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic support office team. Reporting to the General Manager and working collaboratively with another experienced scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring our frontline workforce is scheduled effectively to meet the diverse needs of our participants.
This full-time hybrid role is based in South West Sydney, with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office and the flexibility to work remotely on remaining days.
Working Hours:
Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimise rosters to ensure suitable staff coverage aligned with participant needs and service agreements.
Respond to daily changes such as sick leave, availability, and urgent requests to ensure continuous service delivery.
Analyse scheduling data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvements.
Communicate proactively with internal teams and management to resolve rostering challenges.
Ensure all rostering and scheduling activities comply with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS).
Assist with additional administration tasks as required.
About You
Understanding of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS) is essential.
Relevant qualifications in Office Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar.
Demonstrated discretion and experience working with confidential information.
Excellent time-management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Highly organised, process-driven, and adaptable.
