We are seeking a tech-savvy, highly organised Scheduling & Administration Officer to join our team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with scheduling experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys tackling a variety of tasks while maintaining an awareness accross business operations.

About the Role:
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in managing the day-to-day scheduling of our technicians, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication with clients and team members. You'll collaborate closely with senior management, technicians, and stakeholders, taking ownership of a range of business-critical tasks. This is a full-time role that involves working from our office in Castle Hill.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate technician schedules, including actioning any updates or change requests.

Be across day-to-day customer and employee interactions, needs, and issues to ensure smooth operations and proactive support.

Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries.

Provide outstanding customer service, building new and existing relationships.

Support other administrative aspects of the business.

Occasionally visit client sites for team check-ins or meetings.

Skills & Attributes:

Scheduling or coordination experience.

The ability to monitor and respond to developments across business functions.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to be trained to use new software.

Attention to detail and a proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Essential Requirements:

Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional site meetings with customers.

Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one prior to starting.
