About the role
This role requires a positive, proactive, highly organised person to work within a dynamic, fast-paced rostering team. You will be responsible for ensuring our staff are scheduled and placed across the region to support, value and optimise the independence of our clients.
The key function of the role is:
To coordinate and roster the delivery of clients’ supports and services.
To ensure the delivery of relevant, quality and customer focused supports and services to Community Gateway’s clients
Adjust rosters as needed to give effect to staff absences and client cancellations.
Success in this role is represented by efficient rostering practices, including minimum errors and adherence to relevant industrial requirements.

Demonstrated experience in rostering - Knowledge and understanding of rostering and scheduling processes with low error rates.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Client Management Systems.
Understanding and awareness of industrial instruments in relation to rostering employees.
Superior customer service and engagement skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role is Monday to Friday with the requirement to work on- call.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Demonstrated understanding and commitment to work health and safety requirements
Desirable
Understanding of the SCHADS award
Experience using AlayaCare
