The RoleThe Sales & Project Support Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales function while ensuring smooth delivery of projects from order through to completion. This diverse position combines sales support, project coordination, customer service, and administration. Working closely with internal teams and external clients, you will ensure every project is delivered efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide quotes, estimates, and sales documentation to support the sales team
• Coordinate projects from order through to delivery, maintaining strong client communication throughout
• Manage job documentation and records in CRM and job management systems
• Liaise with drafting, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
• Support scheduling, approvals, and installation coordination as required
• Deliver proactive customer service and after-sales support
• Assist with procurement and general administrative duties

Skills & Experience

• Experience in sales support, project coordination, or customer service within a business-to-business environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and job management systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player with a professional and solutions-focused approach
• No specific product or industry experience is required – extensive training will be provided
