ABI Civil Contracting is seeking a HIGHLY SKILLED Excavator Operator with FINAL TRIM skills, experience in DRAINAGE and SERVICES installation. MUST HAVE DETAILED EXCAVATION experience in tier one projects where safety and competence are paramount.

ABI Civil is delivering civil construction projects across Sydney, working in key sectors such as Health, Data Centres, Roads, and Rail. With several high-profile projects underway, we're adding to the team and looking for experienced and highly skilled Excavator Operators to join us full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators (5-30T) on civil projects, including site preparation, trenching, detailed earthworks, final trim, pipe laying and services installation.

Maintain a strong safety and quality focus, in high risk environments with awareness of in-ground services and other hazards to be managed

Work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive crew

What You Need:

Proven experience as an excavator operator in civil construction to a high skill level

Minimum 3 years proven experience as an excavator operator in civil construction

Valid RIW (RISI) card preferred

White Card and full working rights in Australia

Current excavator ticket (VOC & SOA) certification required

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
