What we’re looking for:

Experience on a variety of machines and a solid understanding of civil works (stormwater, trenching, earthworks, etc.)

Around 3–5 years Excavator operating experience — if you’ve got final trim or GPS skills (Topcon is a bonus), even better

Reliable, on time, and confident working both solo and with the team

Current driver’s licence and White Card

Someone with a can-do attitude and not afraid to get involved when it counts
