🔹 Excavator Operator – 5T to 20T Machines

We are seeking a highly skilled Excavator Operator with a strong understanding of working around live services and civil environments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted team on major infrastructure and renewal projects across Sydney.

To be successful, you will need:

Minimum 3–4 years’ experience operating excavators, including 5T machines

Confident operating smaller to mid-sized machines (3T–20T)

Solid industry knowledge and practical on-site experience

Proven experience working around live services (water, gas, sewer, power, comms)

Strong trenching skills

HR truck license – highly desirable

🔹 Pipe Layer – Civil Plumbing & Water Main Renewal

Workforce Extensions also seeks an experienced Pipe Layer with civil plumbing background, especially in water main renewal projects. You’ll be part of a team that ensures Sydney's essential services are upgraded safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Laying new pipes and conducting water main renewal works

Handling pipe replacement (excavation and installation)

Using pipe relining techniques (trenchless repairs)

Reading and interpreting site plans (advantageous)

Requirements:

3–4 years’ experience in pipe laying or civil plumbing

Strong understanding of repair vs. replacement techniques

Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented civil construction environment

Plan reading ability – highly regarded
