We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators with experience in demolition (experienced demolition excavator operators will be compensated accordingly). Successful candidates must have a positive attitude to providing high-level and technical work to aid in our continuous growth with projects throughout NSW.

We firmly believe in the continuous positive investment in our team, so successful candidates with a willing attitude to learn and commitment to quality work will be provided with opportunities for further training and upskilling to undertake senior plant operations and/or supervision roles to further advance their careers in the industry.

About You

Successful applicants will be available for an immediate start and hold the following minimum requirements:

Proven experience in operating excavators, ranging from 2 tonne up to 50 tonnes. Experience in demolition will be highly regarded and compensated accordingly.

Relevant qualifications, VOCs, experience & references

Must have the ability to travel regularly and work away from home.

Willingness to join a fast paced and ever-changing environment, with a wide variety of long and short term projects that require the ability to implement different skillsets depending on the scope.

Knowledge and understanding of safe work practices and procedures.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address mechanical, operational and/or strategy issues that may arise on site in challenging environments.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members.

Attention to detail to ensure work is completed to a high standard.

Ability to work efficiently and meet operational deadlines without compromising safety and quality.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques in the industry.
