DND Wicks Plumbing Services is a family -owned company that specializes in new homes, units & granny flats.
DND Wicks Plumbing is looking for an Experienced Excavator Operator / Trades Assistant to work part -time and or causal with flexibility Predominately excavation works but also off machine T/A to help with our plumbers with sewer, stormwater & water installations.
Role
Pick up of 2.5 Tonne excavator with small truck & trailer from Sandgate office / yard our travel is generally only within 80klm maximum radius.
General Excavator Operator Duties
Excavator, trailer & truck general checks and basic maintenance
Pressure wash excess mud / spoils from excavator / trailer/ truck at days end and when required only after wet weather.
Helping of tradesman plumbers packing and unpacking tools & materials required for days work at start and end of day.
Help marking out set out and measure up of jobs for sewer, stormwater & water.
Hand shovelling / digging at times
Assisting in laying pipes drainage & water
