The Role:
As the Client Services Administrator you will be responsible for supporting a team of Accountants day to day with a range of duties such as;

• Collation and lodgement of taxation documents
• Preparation and lodgement of ASIC documents
• Preparation and coordination of tax packs
• Invoicing and managing repayment plans for clients
• Managing client requests and queries
• Coordination of workflow for the team
• Liaising with the ATO and government/regulatory bodies
• Database management

About

• Experience working in a Accounting Practice or Professional Services
• Intermediate Xero, MYOB and MS Office skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• A strong attention to detail
• External stakeholder management experience
