The Role

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment? Do you love being the right-hand person who keeps everything on track, while making sure clients always receive the best experience?
Our client is a boutique real estate agency, built around delivering outstanding client service. The director is always on the go — approachable, generous, a great communicator, and full of energy and ideas. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can bring calm, structure, and proactive support, ensuring the director can focus on what they do best.
As this is a newly created role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape it as the business grows. You’ll work autonomously, anticipate needs before they arise, and adapt as responsibilities evolve.

Responsibilities:
Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the director’s right hand, managing diaries, priorities and commitments.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings and logistics.
  • Support client interactions, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our focus on exceptional service.
  • Handle day-to-day admin, correspondence and problem-solving while the director is on the move.
  • Anticipate needs and provide solutions before being asked.
  • Adapt as the role develops.

About You:

  • Previous experience as an EA, PA or similar support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills — clear, warm and client-focused.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Real estate experience is helpful, but not essential.
  • Work side-by-side with the founder in a role where you’ll make a real impact.
  • Be part of a small, client-focused team where your contribution matters.
  • Enjoy variety, autonomy and the chance to shape this new role.
  • Grow with the business as it expands.
