About the Role

This position is a dual role combining Clinic Operations Management with Executive Assistance to the Director. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day clinic activity, support the Director's projects, and help drive the growth of the Biogenix brand in Sydney and beyond.

Key Responsibilities As Clinic Manager:

Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Lead staff scheduling, team coordination, and service excellence

Ensure inventory, compliance, and facility presentation are maintained

Monitor systems, procedures, and patient journey touchpoints

Serve as the face of the clinic to all patients and VIP clientele

As Executive Assistant:

Manage the Founder's diary, appointments, and meeting prep

Support clinic rollout plans, investor and partner communications

Coordinate travel, events, and stakeholder briefings

Draft correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation

Who We're Looking For

2-5 years' experience in a similar clinic or executive support position

Prior experience in beauty, medical aesthetics, longevity or wellness highly regarded

Excellent communicator with discretion and executive presence

Skilled in tools like Google Suite, MMEx, Nookal, or similar

Passionate about future-focused health and premium client service
