We are an independent Medical Imaging practice located inner west a strong focus on patient care. We are now looking a Radiology receptionist for our state of the art practice

Services we offer include CT, X-ray, OPG ,Ultrasound, Mammogram and interventional procedures.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing administration team for new state of the art practice Inner west Sydney . You will be delivering high quality patient focused customer service.

Duties include:

Answering phones and handling enquires / bookings

Providing information on procedures and any required preparation.

Combining patients reports and images.

Working closely with technical staff and the radiologist to achieve smooth patient flow.

Liaising referrers.

Typing medical reports.

Experience with Kestral (Karisma).

Experience with medical typing

Skills and experience

Only candidates with experience in Medical reception work (Radiology preferred but not essential) need apply.

Excellent knowledge of Medicare - including eligibility criteria, and billing.

Outstanding customer service.

Enthusiastic, pleasant personality.

Excellent team player.

Good IT skills.

Ability to work under stress

Experience with Kestral (Karisma).

Experience with medical radiology typing.
