About the role

Panorama Orthopaedics' is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis at our clinic in Bathurst, NSW. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of our medical practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and managing incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries

Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

Assisting with the administrative tasks required to support the medical team

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role within the healthcare industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Proficient in using Gentu software preferred but not essential

Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities

A friendly, professional and empathetic approach

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations

Position is currently only 2 days a week
