As a key member of our operations, you'll lead and oversee transport operations across two sites, ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of goods. Your focus will be on performance, safety, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement — using data to drive decisions and lead change that matters.
Your Impact Will Be Felt In

Drive operational performance and compliance with customer requirements.

Manage a team of drivers across Brisbane and Gold Coast to deliver high-quality, efficient, and safe transport solutions

Partnering closely with DC operations, compliance teams, and customers execution of deliveries.

Monitoring service levels by collating and using data insights to quickly resolve issues and champion change for process improvement

Driving a strong safety culture with compliance at the core (including Chain of Responsibility)

Acting as a subject matter expert for all our last mile operations.

You’ll Bring With You

5+ years of experience in transport operations, across last mile direct to customer deliveries into the retail market.

Strong understanding of supply chain operations, particularly in a retail environment.

Strong understanding of transport management systems.

Understanding of FMCG and handling of temperature sensitive products.

High level of business acumen — able to interpret data to drive results.

A collaboration mindset with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage high demanding dynamic environments where not day is the same.

Experience leading change initiatives and improving operational KPIs.

Ability to work outside hours (night shift).
