We’re working with a large, stable enterprise business with a well-established in-house digital team. They’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to take the lead on one of their most critical customer touchpoints - their public-facing website.

This site serves as the front door to the business: helping customers understand their offerings, navigate services, and begin their journey. You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional squad with a dedicated UI designer, digital producer, product owner and engineers. Your focus will be on the UX strategy and end-to-end design of this responsive site - from research and discovery through to delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the UX strategy and hands-on design execution for a large, customer-facing website
• Collaborate with your squad to identify and solve user and business problems
• Lead user interviews and testing, and make hypothesis-driven, data-informed decisions
• Work end-to-end – from flow mapping and wireframes through to polished responsive designs
• Share work and collaborate with a broader internal design chapter, made up of embedded designers across different customer segments
• Balance the big picture with detailed execution – working on your own stream while aligning with other squads

What we’re looking for

• A UX-led Product Designer who’s comfortable driving strategy but can also contribute to UI
• Experience designing responsive marketing or information-heavy websites (not just apps)
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design (this site sees over half of its traffic on mobile)
• Ability to work autonomously within a cross-functional team, navigating ambiguity and complexity
• Clear, thoughtful communicators – you’ll need to bring stakeholders along the journey
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating with non-digital stakeholders
• Some experience working with or around CMS platforms (you won’t build in one, but you’ll be designing for one)
