We’re hiring a Design Engineer (UI Systems) to redesign our web & mobile app and marketing site—then turn it into a documented, reusable system.

You’re a hands-on designer who codes: you love tokens, accessible components, and clean, testable React. You’ll ship a shared theme across app and site, set up Storybook “Do/Don’t” guidelines, and mentor devs to keep things DRY.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

Redesign the app UI → audit flows, create responsive layouts, and implement accessible, performant components.

Revamp the marketing site → design and build a fast, SEO-friendly site on a shared brand system.

Ship a design system → tokens for color, typography, spacing, states, motion; document usage and edge cases.

Create a dev playground → Storybook (or equivalent) with Do/Don’t examples, code snippets, usage guidelines, and live props.

Build DRY themes → light/dark + brand variants using design tokens with zero duplication across app & site.

What we are looking for:

2+ years in product UI + front-end engineering (you design and code).

Expertise in React (Typescript), CSS-in-JS/Tailwind, and component architecture.

Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, variants, tokens, prototyping).

Experience with Storybook (or Ladle), design tokens, theming, and accessible UI patterns.

Ability to build responsive, mobile-first UIs with a focus on performance and accessibility.

Comfortable setting conventions, writing documentation, and mentoring other developers.
